ABR is pleased to announce a brand new ski rental available November 1, 2021. The house is located 1/2 mile from the ABR trail head. This is a unique ABR rental and like no other ski rental.
To carry on the Erwin Township legacy of JK Jackson and this historic 1911 site, we have named this house JK Jackson Historic Farm House. John K Jackson and his wife Hannah owned Jackson Logging and Bridge Construction Company. This farm is directly across the street from my family’s Korkiamaki Farm and Erwin Central School ( and future historic museum). My great Uncle Leonard and Aunt Alma worked for JK.
The house is fully furnished and sleeps 5 ( Bedroom 1 down – queen, bedroom 2 up – full, bedroom 3 – single). One bathroom. The house is self service – you bring your towels, bedding and pillows. There is a spacious sitting room and living room, a game room for kids and a beautiful home office with original wood flooring. A new SMART TV for streaming or music, DVD player with movie /library and free WiFi. The kitchen has been updated with gorgeous hickory cabinets and fully stocked with new kitchenware.
We are seeking to rent this warm and quaint farmhouse with 40 acres for the entire ski season. If we are unsuccessful, we will post the farmhouse on AirBB starting November 1, 2021.
