6th Annual Taste of the Trails
March 5th, 2011 Saturday from 11 AM to 2 PM
Ski along the ABR Ski Trails and sample our local cuisine and specialties of our local restaurants.
Restaurants will have tables set up from the trailhead along a designated easy route out on the River Trail returning on Blueberry /Hemlock. You can ski or snowshoe on the River Trail to the food booths. It is a 1-2 mile route.
- The Kimball Inn– Salmon Asparagus Bisque, Silcian Beef, BBQ Chicken
At the Trail Head Sun Deck - The Olde Suffolk Ale House– Cheese and Meat Raviolis
End of the Field on River Trail - Breakwater Café- Swedish Meatballs and Mashed Potatoes, Hot Chocolate …..At the Balsam Cabin exit along the River Trail
- Petrusha’s – Aglio E Oglio (spicy hot pasta), Shrimp in butter garlic cream sauce, and hot cider
The Warm UP Shack (At the River Trail Bowl Area) - Steep Creek Cafe – Humus and Veggie Wraps, and Asian Beef Mexican Flag wraps, Winter Delight Salad ( Kale, squash and white beans)
River Trail/Jack Pine intersection at the River - Maplewood Steak House– Hot Wings
River Trail before Bachelors at the Hill bypass - Don and GG’s– Italian Beef Slider, Sweet potato chips

There is no special cost for the event, just buy a trail pass and pay the food costs at each booth. Typically $2-4
