We reset 25 k of classic track this morning and skiing was very good. The snow started this afternoon. We will groom tonight and again early in the AM.

Wednesday AM

We have been setting classic tracks along the skate lanes this morning and is turning out quite nice, we are able to pull in fresh cold dry powder. The skate lanes are not groomed today they were groomed yesterday. They may  be a bit icy until they get groomed, maybe later today.

Tuesday PM

Just coming in from checking the trails and they are holding snow well. We have one thin area on the entrance of Jack Pine that we will be using the snowmaker on in the AM.

We plan to retrack about 10-20 km in the morning since the tracks are glazed. We are also grooming skate lanes daily.

Monday PM

3 of us spent our 6 hour grooming shift on the first 28 km of the SISU course , widening and grooming and signing. It is looking excellent with no thin areas  and a firm base. The trails are skiing very well. We plan to work on the 28-34 km mark Tuesday. Skiing maybe be a bit icy  Tuesday AM until the temps warm up the trails, we will not be powertilling on Tuesday.

Sunday PM

Skiers reported today as the best skiing ever; 28 degrees sunshine and a firm but silky base. Tracks are firm and clean.
