groomers are just finishing up grooming the 3 inches of new snow from overnight. They are grooming about 30 km and setting tracks on 15 km.
Friday 6:30 pm
the trails groomed well this morning, especially the 3 km snow farmed loop. The other 7 km were ok but thin. I explored to the north and south this morning w a gator and heavy duty roller, these trails are freezing down well and we have 4 groomers heading out in the morning.
rember we have free skiing for all registered SISU racers tomorrow , just check in the cabin at the trailhead…..and we are keeping the 20 % off sale on until Sunday after SISU weekend.
Thursday 1 pm
groomers and “organic” snowmakers just coming in…we had a crew of 11 this morning. We snowed in a 3 km loop and we rolled another 7 k of trails. We will be open for skiing Friday at 10 am, thin snow but skiable.

Wednesday 6 PM
the weather is giving us a pleasant surprise. we received about 3 inches of snow. we have a crew of groomers heading out in the morning. we also have a team of “snow farmers” ( shovelers heading out at 9 am anyone is invited. we are beefing up the base and thin areas the good old fashion way…..its also very kind to the environment and healthy for participants. we hope to reopen for skiing Saturday at 9 AM.

Happy New Year!
It is snowing lightly but we do not expect much snow until Jan 7 or 8 according to the forecasts. the trails are still not skiable but our lodging guests are enjoying hiking the trails here and checking out the nearby waterfalls.
