We regroomed all the skating today, the classic tracks looked good. Full groomer crew on tomorrow early AM, snow forecast is 1-3 inches tonight
. The snow here “up north” is very good. skiers are skiing on their race skis. Snowfall to date is 38 inches.
Monday 5 PM
Another great day of skiing on 70 km of freshly groomed and tracked trails. Januaury 18-23rd is open in Rock Fence Cabin. 5 night minimum stay.
Monday 9 AM,
4 groomers just coming in off the trails. We groomed and tracked 70 km of trails this morning after the 1-2 inches overnight.
Sunday 6 PM
Another great day for skiing w mild temps and light snow. Groomers did about 45 km of grooming this morning and will be back out in the early AM to regroom again for Monday. We are expected a few inches overnight , it is lightly snowing. We have 78 km of trails open.
December 26 Saturday 6 PM
Today was a great day for skiing and snowshoeing. The woods are still picture perfect w snow loaded on the trees. Temp of 22 F ,freshly groomed 75 km of trails with tracks. Crew of 4 groomers this early morning made it happen. I just feel bad I can not capture the pictures, hoping skiers will forward me some from today.
